At Premium Survival Kits & Emergency Kits, we want to ensure your tactical apparel and gear meet your mission requirements. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the tactical gear you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is unworn and in its original condition.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the integrity of the kit or apparel, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
